These premium peat briquettes are made from 100% naturally occurring vegetative fibre formed over hundreds of years, dried and presses and into dense blocks ready for burning. They will burn with a deep radiating heat, and because they are so slow burning, many people use them to keep their fire going throughout the night. Suitable to be mixed with wood or coal, or can be used by themselves on log & coal fires, open stoves, fire pits, chimineas etc. To keep the briquettes dry and compact they are tightly compressed during the packaging process.
